Great location, close to attractions. Free parking. Pet friendly with discounted fee. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Fridge in the room. Good service at reception and food area. Overall excellent experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable experience at this hotel. The bed was the best we've ever slept in away from home, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfasts were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The double/triple glazing on the windows effectively blocked out any traffic noise, allowing us to fully relax. The AC was great, keeping the room at the perfect temperature throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Good breakfast, convenient underground parking, nice rooms, quality complementary soaps. Comfortable beds with clean bedding, extra pillows, blackout curtains, clean bathroom with power shower and essential toiletries, fluffy towels, in-room tea/coffee. Helpful and courteous staff, extended checkout time. Friendly atmosphere, spotless hotel, great food, delicious cocktails. Highly recommended.

I had the most comfortable sleep on the bed here, even better than my bed at home. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and offered a beautiful view of the river.
Can't fault anything about it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the river and Wawel castle. The walk to the old town was manageable and enjoyable, with several bridges to cross. The breakfast had a variety of local Polish ingredients and the staff were proactive and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great comfortable hotel with a pleasant stay. The hotel runs an excursion to a harrowing yet educational place at a very reasonable cost. Enjoyed the beautiful city with plenty of lovely restaurants and the fine Jewish quarter.
Location is a major downside, especially during winter. It's quite a distance from the city center, making it an unpleasant walk in cold temperatures.
